February 27, 200422 yr Hello Folks,What changes do I make to use flyable planes as AI?I would like to use small Cessna size aircraft as AI traffic. What do I need to change on the flyable planes to make them more frame rate friendly AI traffic? Do I just delete the panel folder? Or does any know where I can get small AI use only planes? All I keep finding is large Boeing 737 type AI planes. Thanks for the info,Danny
February 27, 200422 yr It is the visual model that causes the frame rate increase/decrease. Visit http://www.ai-aardvark.com/ , I believe they had some hints on what AI should have for a visual model.W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert

If not, use the default piper, cessnas, douglas etc. Being good gmax they are not bad. I create alot of new AI flights using just the standard aircraft and I think they are just fine on frame rates. The trick is don't get to many on a single airport at one time.Use AFCAD221 and add more parking spots or add new parking areas to ones that don't have any. Use TTools and decompile Traffic030528.bgl and then start a new bgl file like aircraf_new, airports_new and flightplans_new. This way you won't be always decompling are compliling your orginal files. Add any new airports, aircraft, flightplan etc and enjoy. I hope this helps I'm not exactly a english major.KSPI
