June 20, 200421 yr Not sure if this is the correct forum (is there an AFCAD forum looming out there?), but oh well.1. - Does AFCAD2 (or FS2004) have the "smarts" to allow aircraft to enter the runway from two different entrances? (not sure what the proper aviation term would be for that?)Tried forcing some AI to enter from a different taxiway by closing a certain taxiway but the AI went right through it!?2. - Re-activating good 'ol Hong Kong Kai Tak (VHHX) airport with new AFCAD, scenery, lanclass, etc. I see when I use just the original FS2004 AFCAD ATC works properly identifying it as "Hong Kong" but the minute I use my modified AFCAD I loose it. Are these two related? Just will say "tower" or "ground". Any suggestions on how to re-capture the ATC properly?
June 20, 200421 yr I don't have the answers but try this forum.Pay particular attention to posts by Reggie Fields. He knows his stuff.[http://afcad.projectai.com/]
June 21, 200421 yr It may allow use of another entry if the Runway Start Locations were in front of the second entry. The problem with that would be most aircraft would probably use the closer entry if the distance to this entry point was shorter than going to the further entry point. You might try adding more start locations to the runway. I am not sure how the flight simulation will react to more than two start locations (one at each end).W. Sieffert Bill Sieffert
