Using MS Traffic tools SDK

Using MS Traffic tools SDK, after starting the sim, I can go to each alphasim AI F-111 i Created using GA-Traffic, and extend the wings and flaps, close the weapons bay doors, etc. This is alot to do just too get a nice looking base to take off from. Is there a way to apply these changes so it start up this way each time, Thanks
