Solutions

  1. Steve Hess's post in ADE and Land Class Question was marked as the answer   
    I found hiw to make it work with and without Ultimate Terrain X running.
     
    I moved the KPSM_ADE_SCH_CVX.bgl from the \Addon Scenery\scenery folder to the \Addon Scenery\Pease AFB folder and all is good.
