Hello. The LN-OMJ from CHC Helikopter Service is sent to Alex for testing. If OK,it will be uploaded right after. This is the only civilian "long nose" I know about.A former Eurocopter test and evaluation aircraft, with different systems and panel layout.New graphics all around, pluss adjusted flight and performance data.Hope you will enjoy :)Janhttp://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/bannerjh.jpg

Hi, is this a new model from the last upload? will you post a picture, Thanks. This is my first visit to Avsim Forums in a long time. Though I have had Fly for a number of years now and MSFS. Are their others based in the UK who come here?

G'day Jan,Can't wait mate. Still having a ball with the first release. Thanks for all the work and effort the guys at F2FDesign have put into the Dauphin project. The results are by far the best helicopter I've seen on a PC.Cheers,Roger @YSSY

I know that I should not ask this question, but here goes. Can you press the "E" key and get the copter ready to fly or do I have to go through the list?Yes, I know that is the easy way of doing it, but having just started to learn to fly the copter I crash often and it is so much easier to press the "E" key and get in the air and try again.

Wayne,Yes, thanks to Mr. Kenneth E. Wood Jr. (F2FD), version 1.10 included the "E" startup. If you're using a joystick to control the fuel flow levers (throttles), make sure that you place them in the idle position during startup; otherwise, the startup will fail.Regards,http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/banneraa.jpg

Hi Oscar. This is another model, but you need the original Dauphin. It's more than a repaint.Different panels and views.Same goes for the LN-ODB and the LN-OLT,wich you can find in the library.I have tried to make all my company's Dauphins, pluss the one from Lufttransport. And they are all different. With this one,the job is done. All other versions are mainly variations of the standard "paintable" Dauphin.Take care. And by the way, click on the attatchment in my first post for a picture.Janhttp://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/bannerjh.jpg

G'day Wayne,Try my Aero repaint of the Dauphin. After a crash all I have to do is press repair damage and I wind up on the runway with engines running!!! :-)Great feature whilst learning and crashing a lot. :-lolHaven't a clue as to why as I touched nothing that I'm aware of that should cause this.Could someone else please confirm this.....? I'm using Win98SE as operating system. Cheers,Roger @YSSY

Yes, Roger, I downloaded the version 1.1 and you can press the "Repair Damage" button and get back on the runway. The problem I have is that I get a warning on Generator 1 and 2 and Engine 2. The "E" key will not shut all systems down so that you can press the "E" key again and restart all systems. I have to leave Fly and restart in order to get all systems up and running.

Wayne,To restart, just set your throttle to idle, then scroll to the top of the main view, and then press each of the two start switches on the fuel levers (throttle). That should be all you need to do, other than canceling the ALARM light (press it).Regards,http://www.avsim.com/hangar/fly/dfdg/banneraa.jpg
