Actually Pete, I'm very good at flying the Beechjet in this way. The only crash I have had so far in the Beechjet was my first ever attempted landing (at Travis Aero Club). The left wing decided that it didn't want to stay with us ! :-lolChris Low,ENGLAND.

By the way, I forgot to mention that I had a fuel leak on my first attempted flight from Garibaldi to Scotts Valley. This happened just as I was passing over Hayward Air Terminal, so I still had a fair way to go. The leak was in the right fuel tank, which resulted in the aircraft having a tendency to bank to the left. Then, when the fuel had been depleted, the right engine failed. This caused the plane to start wanting to bank to the RIGHT.Anyway, I managed to fly it all the way to Scotts Valley, and even landed it on the runway without crashing ! The approach into runway 32 at Scotts Valley isn't the easiest in FU3, but an old pro like me can handle tough situations like that :-lolChris Low,ENGLAND.

Not long time ago you were flying only Baron and no other plane 'was good' for you . Now you you fly only Beechjet. One day you'll reveal the beauty of night flying ( at full moon ). It's only time ...B.Adamski

Bogdan,I was flying the Baron until I had completed an "airport tour". This just took me rather longer than I had expected (I think a small utility called FLED had something to do with it). I was always intending to progress to the Beechjet eventually, but I like to do things in strict order ;)You never know, one day I may well take up night flying.Chris Low,ENGLAND.
