November 11, 200223 yr They're in Forest Falls (I wonder how it got that name?) - its one of the packages still near the top of the pile in the AVSIM library, and all required models are included in the package. It was intended as a first release - I have already extensively modified the package and hope to release a second version in due course (hopefully after I get some feedback on any bugs in it!).Rob D

November 14, 200223 yr Hi Rob,In FS2 the scenery looks rubbishI wasn't trying to show any add on scenery in them shots,I was just posting a few pics that I had taken while flying on line with my friends.I think if you or I used either game the way they came out of the box, we'd be bored very quickly.I know this is not the place to start posting pics of the other game. But if I take a shot from FU3 without any package folder in place,The trees looks really good, I think there should be a few more, but the ones that are there look good.http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dd30007214464b0.jpgIf I put my package folder back in, I gain lots of trees, http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dd303db298083c7.jpgAnd lots of other neat stuffhttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dd306a62f739778.jpgYes I still enjoy FU3http://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dd3070a305cbf67.jpgThat's the only Simm I fly Heavies in, I can park in the hangerhttp://ftp.avsim.com/dcforum/User_files/3dd3079931d45fc0.jpgHave funAllanhttp://avsim.com/hangar/air/bfu/logo70.gif
November 14, 200223 yr Sorry - another flippant comment that I didn't mean. You are absolutely spot on. With add-ons we can shape any of the sims to what we like, and I didn't mean to try to compare them. But FS2 has so many people making the add-ons I get jealous. Chris' brilliant one-man effort has helped a lot there. It would be nice to have multiplayer on FU3 - it can get lonely up there in the deep blue yonder. But I just don't know of anyone who could keep up with me and my Trainer.Cheers,Rob D.
November 14, 200223 yr Allan,"If you'd like some wild and fun type scenery for FU3 send me a note"I'll do that real soon. I just got all of your older stuff installed on my new system... still looks pretty great! :)

November 14, 200223 yr Thanks for the compliment Robert, but I know that Allan has made some very impressive scenery add-ons for FU3, and he adds a LOT more animated objects and other stuff than I do.Chris Low,ENGLAND.
