Seattle 2004 and Outer Terrain Scenery

Featured Replies

This is just a quick post to provide some useful information regarding the use of my Seattle 2004 pack with outer terrain scenery installed. It seems that FU3 includes the "extra airports" in the total number of airport icons for the Seattle region, even if they are not visible on the map. Therefore, anyone who does not use these "extra airports" (and who is having problems getting FU3 to run with Seattle 2004 installed) might like to know that removing them from the FLIGHT3/REGIONS/SEATTLE/AIRPORTS folder will very likely solve the problem. Two users of my Seattle 2004 pack who were having problems getting FU3 to run have used this method successfully. You don't even need to delete all of the folders. Three or four will probably do, but deleting them all would very likely allow you to install other airfield packages that are personal favourites.Chris Low.

I did get crashes with the Seattle 2004 package you sent to me, which I solved by temporarily moving the 'Outerr' folder out from the Flight3 folder. I'll try deleting the extra airports and see what happens.
