November 26, 200223 yr When I fill out the purchase form and proceed to purchase, it says there is a problem with the information on the form and it cannot complete the purchase....in so many words. The form is filled out completely.Any ideas on how I can complete the purchase?ThanksDavid

November 28, 200223 yr For those having trouble purchasing RCV3 through Emetrix via their website this may help. After nagging John & Rick with several e-mails about not being able to complete my purchase transaction with Emetrix I did a little troubleshooting on my own. I discovered that my browser's security settings were to blame. If you're using IE as your browser make sure you have SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 checked under Tools/Internet Options/Advanced. Oddly enough this also explained a few problems we were having at work using Telnet and Windows XP Pro. If you don't have these settings enabled you will not be able to complete the purchase process with Emetrix. You will likely have had problems with others sites as well if this is the case.
