I received the cd today and after installing received my registration key in a very short time.Problem: Copy and pasted reg# in proper place carefully and then clicked on register. The register "button" button clicks and then nothing happens. Closed rcv3, reopened and my number is not there, re-pasted it and same thing. What am I doing wrong guys? Don

be sure to put the key in the key field, don't put it in the product id field

Yes, the product id is on the line you click for email request. The new reg# I copied and pasted where it says "when you recieve your key paste it here and click register

Have started fresh sixtimes now with new copy-paste being very careful not to leave any spaces in the copy. but when I hit register it just blinks and nothing more. Could it be some security thing in my browser or anything like that?

I think my problem at first was I have a 19in monitor and run desktop resolutions at 1280x960. with this windows xp I use font size LARGE, this caused the reg key to not fill up the space where you paste it in. The new key filled up the space and worked perfect.Got to flying at about 3:00pm and have about worn out the RCV3 controllers as it is now 10:44pm.This is a real trip! I am very happy with the program. My wife is not.lol Don
