Two RCV3. exec files after install

After installing RCV3, I went to make a shortcut and noticed I had 2 exec files. One is called RCV3.exec and is dated Nov 19 and the other is RCV3b.exec and is dated Nov 11. They are both the same size, so I assume they are the same? Fitz
