on arrival, it depends on aircraft type.you will be given an ils equipped runway first, if it is long enough for your type aircraft.if there are more than one ils equipped runway, the one that is long enough and best suited for the wind is chosenif there are no ils equipped runways, the best suited for the wind, and aircraft type is chosen
