December 12, 200223 yr Overall I've been very pleased with how swiftly key processing has gone for the last couple of weeks. I hope that I've gotten your key to you in an acceptable time frame.I'm starting to notice a lot of users are requesting keys from an email address which we do not have on record. This is not a real problem because I can search for your record by name. But it would make key processing go much quicker if you would use the email address that you ordered Radar Contact with when you request your key. If that is not possible please include that email address in the body of the message and tell me this is the email address I used to order RCv3.Some additional notes! In addition to keys I also process all the new orders and ship them. I've divided my day into equal parts where I work for a specified time in each area. When I'm working on new orders key processing will slow a bit. I do keep a constant watch on it and will adjust my schedule if I see many key requests coming in.So I ask for your help. Do this simple thing for me and I'll get your key to you as quickly as I can.
