December 25, 200223 yr Hi jd,My wife carries on a tradition from her Italian mother. Christmas dinner is always homemade ravioli and asparagus salad (and lots of red wine). They're delicious, but you have to be careful and quit BEFORE you feel stuffed. If you forget and stuff yourself they continue to swell up in your stomach and you spend the next several hours groaning. Merry Christmas!Bill Huntsman
