March 31, 200323 yr I copied rc301 exe into rc overwriting rc3.exe.The opening screen show rc version 3.01,but I did not have to enter my transitions,it saved the old settings of 180.Also I didn't enter the new path for high priority and the voices sound fine.So do I really have vers 3.01?Thanks,Ron Bring back Chief Illiniwek!University of Illinois.

April 1, 200323 yr Author Thanks, that's what I have and it is rcv3.exe.I was just wondering why it saved all my settings when the instructions said I would have to reset them.Ron Bring back Chief Illiniwek!University of Illinois.
April 1, 200323 yr Ron,If you were using 3.01 beta, then it already saved, and I bet at one point you had to enter 180's into the Tl boxes. Also, when you start a flight, RC saves the TL's for next time you use that plan. Ths means you can set the TL's to something different for every plan and it will remember those each time.RC 3.01 has internal threading priority set to play wavs faster, so you don't need to manually (or by command line) change RC priority. You still may need to depending on how fast RC is in general, in which case I recommend using Process Viewer. However, if the voices sound fine and the command response is fine, you don't need to do anything.
