July 25, 200322 yr Thanks Scott, I thought I remembered JD saying, a number of times, what you just did. I guess I read more, a dreamer here, than what John meant when he stated, or my interpretation, of what build 2178 will do. So what your are saying is, in a sense, if there is traffic on the taxiway stay alert and stay away, for now anyway. Funny thing. My wife said to me at that time: Why don't you just roll the aircraft onto the grass adjacent to the taxiway?" I guess I should have. :(Regards
July 25, 200322 yr Blais,I would suggest to contact FSATC for taxi, but my experience is that they don't use the same (or correct) runways, so doing that doesn't help. So like you I have to keep a weather eye out and ear open.If MS does release an AI/ATC SDK for FS2004, as has been claimed, then maybe RC can take some control. We'll have to wait and see.
July 25, 200322 yr Hello Scott, I understand the reason for the AI conflict and I have no problem at all. As I have never used AI previously and really enjoy using Radar Contact I'll just reset my FS options for No AI. Maybe MS will come out with a SDK on '04 AI but I certainly wouldn't hold my breath. Thanks again.Regards
