yes you can delete rcv3 before installing rcv4. do a defrag when doneno you don't HAVE to delete rcv3 in to install rcv4. defrag after installing v4jd

Thanks, the cd arrived, I uninstalled rc3, de-fragged, installed rc4, de-fragged. Email arrived with the key, entered key and rc4 just will not run, the box keeps saying I am un registered.Where do I go now?
