After haveing purchased RC3 and after some tests put it aside I now upgraded to RC4 and admit I will never go back to MSFS ATC. Besides some minor "anormalities" and the robotic voices - all discussed in the forum allready - I had today the following experience:My flight was from LOWW (Vienna) to LOWK (Klagenfurt) in Austria.The Tower-Controller told me to "line up and wait RWY 34" while an other plane was approaching RWY 34 to land (By the way I was number 5 in a queue of departing flights and I am useing Mytraffic2006).While waiting for take-off-clearance on the runway the tower-controller cleared the approaching flight to land! A while after I was cleared for takeoff.So nothing happended but I must say that this will never happen in real life. A Tower-Controller will defenitely not issue a clearance to land while an other plane is on the runway. Throughout my last 30 years of flying with my PPL that never ever happened on a controlled airfield.I mean it is in our hobby not a big issue but maybe at some point in time this can also be considered.Regards

i'm concerned about two things. i wonder if mytraffic behaves differently that ultimate traffic. i've never been #5, and cleared to taxi into position and hold.what version of fsuipc are you running. (don't say the latest ;-) )the other issue is absolutely true, the landing ai should never be cleared for landing before you're cleared for take off.that will be fixed.it's an Ai thing. Big A for artifical, little i for .......but i guess i'm an even smaller i :-)jd

Thanks jd for your reply!Just to clarify: 4 planes where in front of me and left LOWW via Rwy 34 before I got cleared to lineup.FSUIPC is the latest - 3.522 (sorry)! But I will "recheck" that tomorrow as my sim is switched of allready.Anyway! RC4 is great!!Thanks
