Last night,I was flying from Newark to Boston. Everything seems to be going fine when all of a sudden, the controller says " for the third time, go heading 125" or something to that effect. I know I'm not deaf. It was the first time I was told to take that heading. Any ideas?

if you had been reminded to fly headings earlier in the flight, and this was the third time he told you to fly a heading because you weren't on the right heading, then you get the "third time now..." remarkjd
