Still hearing FS ATC

This may have been raised before, if so I apologise, but I can still hear FS ATC in the background talking to the AI a/craft, usually just before RC controllers talk to the same a/craft. Is this normal or have I set something wrong?Iain

Just turn the ATC volume down to zero in FS9.
