Hi Jason,Rick responds to key requests in an hour or two - possible even quicker. If you sent your request 12 hours ago or more (allowing for the 5 hour time difference) it's likely your ISP has treated his reply as spam. Check your mail box on your ISP server if possible.Cheers,
