January 28, 200719 yr Hi,I've started to use RC lately, and I find it fantastic add-on.I've got just one (so far :) ) little problem.I need to use 'text display' to be able to read what atc says to me (I'm not native english and it's much help to heve everything in text). Is there any way to configure the transparent green box with text? All prompts seem to be split in two - even the short ones, and even when there is planty of room for much more text. It usually leave one or two words for next screen. It's hard to read and memorize everything (especialy during ifr clearance), when text changes pages.Besides, the text is shown a few seconds after spoken prompt. Is there any way to remove this dalay (maybe it's pc performance - but sim runs quite smoothly with very high details).Best regards,PawelPoland Pawel Dragan Poland, Gdansk

January 29, 200719 yr Author I can make the green box as big as i want, but it doesn't affect amount of text displayed in it. I resized it to whole screen wide and about 4 lines high, and it still wraps the text. For example the short text "CONDOR 1 HEAVY GROUND TAXI HOLDINGPOINT RUNWAY 0" is missing last 2 (runway 02) which is displayed on next screen (screens are changing). But funy thing is, that much longer texts are displayed on one screen, and only a few letters or words are left for next screen.I use fsuipc 3.71 - unregistered.Pawel Pawel Dragan Poland, Gdansk

January 30, 200719 yr Author Hi,So I think I need to learn to listen more carefully :)After a few days it is getting better and better.I've also started to fly big plane lately (727) for the first time, and there is a lot of things to do and to remember. But it's a matter of getting used to it, learnig the complicated aircraft and learning all these procedures, rules etc.Anyway, thanks for fast answers.Best Regards,Pawel Pawel Dragan Poland, Gdansk
February 8, 200719 yr Actually I found this to be rather annoying when I was trying to read the text. It will print a bunch then leave the last few letters (sometimes the last digit) off..Anyway, it forces me to actually listen a little more carefully instead of relying on the text box, which is probably a good idea for flying VATSIM :).Jeff
