March 18, 200719 yr Enroute from ESSA to LPPT, RC was with me until FL 230. From there, they forgot about my altitude and no further clearance was given to my specified level of FL350 unless I asked for it. Usually I'm step-cleared all the way but it didn't happen. Can RC sometimes forget my altitude?
March 19, 200719 yr Moderator Hi,No, RC will never forget your assigned altitude. Is it possible an incorrect value was entered in the Cruise Altitude box?Try the flight again but this time press the Debug option to create a log. If the problem occurs then zip up the log and send to JD with a brief explanation of the problem.Cheers, Ray (Cheshire, England).
