I set up a flight departing PAJN that included a RWY8 / Juneau Three DP (JNU3.SSR) Ceiling was 3200 overcast. The DP says in part:TAKE-OFF RUNWAY 8: Turn right as soon as practical. Climb in visual conditions direct CGL NDB or heading 276^ to I-JDL W course/2 DME (visual conditions must be maintained from takeoff until established over CGL NDB or I-JDL W course/2 DME at or above 1000 MSL)I did just that, but, RC had a fit because I leveled off my climb until over CGL.I had NOTAMs selected - anyway to avoid this?
