February 17, 200818 yr Hi All,I run RC on a client PC and listen to audio of ATC via a one-speaker headset attached to the client pc via USB. The main FSX sound therefore comes through my main server pc's soundcard and through my speakers. All fine thus far. Now, I need to work out a way of chanelling the RC ATC voices from my client pc to the main soundcard or via my main FSX program so that ALL the sound (FSX and RC ATC voices) can be listened to via my servers soundcard - this is so I can hear everything on my main headphones at night !Any ideas ? Bet that's stumped you.....!
February 17, 200818 yr Moderator The only way it would be possible to hear sounds for FS and RC would be to install RC on the FS PC.I'm not aware of any other solution. Ray (Cheshire, England). February 17, 200818 yr Commercial Member you can also run a audio patch cable from one sound cards' output, to the other sound card's input - whichever way you want to throw the soundjd JD Read my blog
February 19, 200818 yr ????If I run an audio-out from one pc to the other...it needs to go in as a "mic in" but that needs software to pick it up ?Is there a different way ?Cheers

February 21, 200818 yr Hi,Working perfectly now.3.5mm male to male cable straight into the line-in jack on the soundcard.Ensured mute was off and volume up on the server pc's soundcard, and changed volume and balance of the RC audio on the client pc.Now I have all FSX sounds and FS2Crew sounds in stereo on my headset and RC in my left ear.How utterly cool is that ?Now to create my own pilot soundset.
