February 25, 200818 yr Hi there,I'm running RC4.3 on a WideFS machine. The machine crashed because I was getting a bit overzealous with some MyFSGoogleEarth fun, so RC4 crashed as well. I've done a bit of searching and looked over the documentation, but couldn't find out if I can restart RC4 in the middle of a flight without having saved anything. The flight is still going fine, because the main PC didn't crash, but I'm curious if I can get RC4 to understand that I'm in the middle of the flight already.Sorry if it's a question that's been answered elsewhere already, but I missed it if it was!Thanks,-stefan
February 26, 200818 yr Commercial Member always a good idea to do a save before playing around.you can enable autosave in fsuipc, which will give you saved states at intervals you specifyi'm afraid, without a save, there is nothing you can dojd JD Read my blog

That will place the aircraft at the last saved location together with the saved weather and aircraft state. What it won't be able to do if you have a fancy 3rd party aircraft (PMDG7x7, LDS767) is put the CDU/FMC in the correct state. Some quick finger work is required if you're not to get a talling off for heading and altitude deviations. ;-) Ray (Cheshire, England).
