When I fly from KAUS to KMSY the charts show to cross AWDAD at 11K RC only will let be decend to 12K or 13K crossing this. Is this the correct crossing for this?

i don't know what every airport's crossing restriction is going to be. i make an altitude based on msa, elevation, etc. go by what rc says, and you will be ok. once inside approach, request an iap approach, if you want to fly a specific approachjd
