If they are going to stop suplying the data they could at least send a email to the customers who purchased it and tell us what their intentions are. I mean I cant download from either server now

Ok now mine is taking over 30 min to process 12 waypoints. Is this a server problem? I have posted this in several areas. Any fix for this?

Ok I have read different post but have not see a soulution When I hit process I timed it yesterday and it took over 30 min to process 12 waypoints. Is this a server problem maybe because its a old program and not supported anymore? It was working fine a couple days ago.

When I do the new route and import the plan it get stuck on calculating closet wx stations. hing else work fine. Any ideas what this could be?

I have been running AS6.5 for about 2 years and love it. I would upgrade but im like alot of others I run FS9 because I dont have a top end computer for FSX. But I dont see anywhere it is compatable with AS6 If it does then I will upgrade if not ill just stay with what I have.

I flew from KOKC to KEWR the other night. I was using RC for my ATC because no online controlers were on. Aftre I got into NY CTR NY APP had me to comtact him. After contact was made he had me to decend and got me down to 3000. He told me field was to my right at 3:00. He didnt put me on a ILS approach or anything. I was on my own. After I missed approach and got back around to try again he came on and said Sir just land the plane I have severl other planes to land. If this was a real life controller there would had been a major problem at EWR. Already had low celings and they had a GS program in effect. I beleive that student coltrolers should not be able to handle major airports unless there is a Instructor with him.

Did you run the FSNAVOBC in FSNAvigator? Also did you run Makerwy in RC? Run FSNAV OBC as admin. Everything in FS and RC should line up then.

I went in and tried to change Atlantic Southeast from CANDLER to ACEY. When I did I got USA 4683, 1. In the call all I got was Alfa. It would not reconige ACEY. Changed it back to CANDLER and works with the old call. Any sugestions????

Does anyone know in real life what ATC the hurricane hunters are in contact with when they leave either Biloxi or St Croix?

The way I do it with FSNav is when I export the FP and save it the name that FS gives me. I then save as and give it a name like Atlanta to Cleveland. When I open the flight plan up in RC it will give me the name that FS gave me on the export.

Is there a way to request a different route to avoid weather..ie thunderstorms? I fly alot out of hubs here in the south and thunderstorms can pop up very suddenly. I know there is a divert weather but will it give you a different route?

How does RC handle landing and departing from DCA and the white House Is across from the airport and is a prohibited area? Dont look like you can do a RWY HDG from RWY 1

How does RC interact with TRACON?? I fly into EWR alot and in real life they go to TRACON and I was wondering how this works with RC??

I dont know if this is a FS or a RC problem. I flew twice from IAH to BWI. All went well except for chatter quitting. But when I turned on final which was 12 miles out my computer froze. My CUP was at 100%. I was on final to rwy 28. I tried rebuilding the scenery file in FS also I ran make runway. This is frustrating as I have lost 2 1/2 hrs of flying both times. Any help is appreacative.

First of all how do we contact TRACON? When you fly into BWI in real life they are in contact wuth Potomac TRACON. Next how do we get RC to reconize a closed runway in AFCAD? 15/L and 33/R is closed in real life at IAH but it still gives me 15/L for takeoff. Then I have to ask for 15/R for take off. Is this info in the manual if so can someone give me reference?ThanksEd

Does RC reconize closed runways?? I have 15L 8R closed in AFCAD for takeoff and departuer. But they gave me 15L for landing. I did run Makrwy.

Is there any way to take a SID or a STAR out of the flight plan thru RC? I am began to see ATC is giving alot of direct to. Like tonight I tracked a flight from MOB to IAH. Which I fly alot. SJI is within the 30 mile radius. ATC did not require to hit the SJI before going to SNYDE. The sent them direct to SNYDE. I have the SJI in my flt plan but would like to take it out when im taking off from North to South. Taking off from South to North I can hit SJI since its 6.3 miles away.

Can RC place you in a holding pattern if there is thunderstorms along the route as in real life??? I use Active Sky and it placed me in a hold the other day and there was no weather. I have weather checked in the hold section in RC. And can they vector you around storms or do you have to request to deavate because of weather???

I downloaded the file so where does it go?? There is no other file with it.

I'm tring to fly the CommuteAir Dash-8 Q200. When i load the plane it bounces. I have tried to change the contact_points and it still does it. Also when taxing to and from gate it bounces. Any fix to this problem???

Ok I solved the problem. I had the IFR Training checked for some reason. Everything is ok now.

I just noticed this weird behavior. In my RC text window my waypoints are not showing up there. I use to have the departure STAR and freq and distances in the window. But now they dont show up. The Contact Ground / Departure text is there but the distances are not. Any sugestion on how to fix this problem??

I have ran into the same problem at IAH. 15L and 15R is always a departure runway. And I have it departure only in my AFCAD. Sometimes it will give me 33L/33R but thats landing into 15L/15R. But sometimes Approach will give me 15R to land. I fly on VATSIM so there is no AI there.

I was on final last night at this certain airport and was way off from the runway. Tower cleared me to land but there was no runway there to land on. It was like 5 miles to my right. When I did get cloes to the airport RC did tell me to go around. Why would RC tell me clear to land and im no where near the runway?
