hi JD,i received the prod. key that i requested but it's not working. i've "pasted" the key several times into the registration form. then the form closes. but, every time i run RC4 the registraion window returns. i've had no probs. registering before. no browser, ISP, or firewall settings has been changed since the last request. thanks in advance for your help. product ID# is...1747687736 prod. key that was received is...EHPAMKMBFDMKFCIMHJNAMBOEDMBHMAOE happy flyin, FM

i've received two key requests from youone with a minus sign in front of the product id, and one without.the key you have listed is for the product id with a minus sign, but the product id you mention here, does not have a minus signand if this is vista, you have to right mouse click the shortcut or the .exe, and then click run as administratorjd

thanks for the reply jd. i did notice later (after i had sent the 1st request) that the prod. id# does not have the dash preceding it. all previous id's had the dash preceding the number. that's why i sent the request the 2nd time. that one did not have the dash preceding the id number. sounds as though the dash preceding the number was the prob. i will try the 2nd key when i receive it. thanks again for the help. happy flyin, fm
