I'm using Vista with FSX and the latest version of Radar Contact. Whenever I start in the cockpit and the I get the small ATC screen, I try to click 1 or 2 or any other key to execute a command option given by the ATC. But nothing happens. I tried exiting out of FSX, reassigning those keys in RC and still nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Wilco Vol. 1 addon and Radar Contact and still nothing happens when I press the option keys. I've tried to select the window and do it that way - no effect.So, I'm not sure what is going on but this was $44 and I cant seem to use it!!! Make sure you aren't trying to use RC keys during FMC programming. I sometimes have to click off of the FMC ie. on a neutral part of the panel to get the focus back to the actual plane.

i'm curious why you haven't done what i asked you to do? you sent me an email regarding this information.i gave you 3 of the commone reasons why other people have this problem, and what they were doing wrong. i guess you tried those?then i said, if all else fails, to send me a .log, and i told you how to make onethose same instructions are pinned to the top of this forum.send me a .logjd

I've tried what you suggested.I start FSX, load the flight pln within it, but I dont click Fly as of yet.Then I start RC, load the flt pln there; click Start RC.Finally, I click FLY on FSX.The ATC window shows up. And it starts in Wilco's 737 with no problem but not Wilco's Airbus Series.

so where is the .log file? i can't help unless i see what is happening in the log file from your machinejd
