Join Aerosoft, HeliSimmer.com, Hype Performance Group, Orbx, Parallel 42, TFDi Design, and More in a Cross-Community Panel Discussion Livestream on July 24

Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS) was released in August, 2020. How has the release of the new platform changed our community, and what does the upcoming version of MSFS for Xbox mean for the future of add-on development for Prepar3D, X-Plane, and other platforms? Participate in the live discussion starting at 2000 GMT on July 24, 2021.

In celebration of #FlyJuly21, developers and content creators are pleased to present a Cross-Community Panel Discussion livestream on July 24 at 2000 GMT. During this special live event, video panelists from Aerosoft, HeliSimmer.com, Hype Performance Group, Orbx, Parallel 42, and TFDi Design will discuss the state of home flight simulation and answer questions submitted by content creators and livestreamers. The event will be moderated by Calum from FSElite, hosted by , and broadcast across multiple channels.

The main purpose of the cross-community panel discussion is to offer the simulation community a chance to come together. Regardless of the platform you fly, the type of simming you do, or the level of experience and involvement you have with the community, you’re invited to take part!

Everyone is welcome to participate. We encourage pilots and flight simmers to watch the stream live on July 24 at 2000 GMT via Flight Simulation Association, on YouTube, with Chewwy94 on Twitch, and across various other social and live platforms. You’ll be able to hear from some of your favorite developers regarding the state of home flight simulation and will have the chance to win prizes donated by participating companies.

If you are a content creator: We invite you to arrange a “watch party” with your viewers and submit one question on behalf of your community. Plus, we’ll shout-out your channel and logo as part of the live broadcast. Please email info@flightsimassociation.com to get involved.

If you are a flight simulation developer, freeware or payware: We welcome all developers to take part in this live session. Although the format only allows for a few developers to participate as video panelists, all developers of flight simulation add-ons and products are invited to take part in the panel discussion as chat participants. The “developer chat” will be an integral part of the live broadcast and any freeware or payware flight simulation developer can take part. We are specifically hoping additional developers from the freeware community will get involved. Please email info@flightsimassociation.com for instructions on how to participate.

Following the live broadcast, a recording of the session will be available via Flight Simulation Association   Orbx’s YouTube.
