directly at the wilcopub.com site. The delux upgrade went into my cart. I didn't buy it yet, but it went right into my cart without any notice of a different release date.

weard, I can buy it right now... no mention of a different release date for me!

Hi,suddently my FS9.1 is totaly FUBAR! Whereever I start, I can pan around and the scenery is totaly weard. When I switch so top-view (looking straight down) and go into slew mode, all of the airport like KSEA is slewing with me. See image...And as well in spot view I cannot see the plane (Cessna 182) and some of the scenery is flashing.Has anybody an idea what the error is and how to correct that?
-
No, these folders I checked where empty. As I found and learned here, empty scenery texture folders mostly lead to errors...

Hi dudes,I just got a strange error. Suddently when I start FS9.1, loading a flight sitting at a airport, all of the 3th Airport Scenery like EDDF is 45° to 90° flipped, all AI is in a wrong angle. Loading Seattle, sitting on the runway with any aircraft, I jump to the outside view and pan around. The autogen appears, just when I pan just a inch more left or right the autogen dissappears, parts of the airport scenery just disappears or appears again panning more right or left.FlusiFix2004 I used to find empty texture folders. I deleted them. Because I often get a g3d.dll error... Now I got this strange error,,, Does anyone has an idea what this is and how to repair this error?

Hi,RC4.x (latest) and having it up to date with my scenery, I experience often that RC misses a waypoint I sure passed. Evertime I hear RC talking to a lot of AI in the area while I fly over a waypoint. I have timewarp at max of 2x That should not be the problem, right? So why is RC missing to recognise me flying directly over a waypoint? Why does talking to AI gets RC to miss waypoints and yelling at me for it?
-
well, I cannot get any detailed routing infos within German Air Space, like EDDH to EDDF. The route is never straight, has always waypoints!

well that would be a automatic trimming-issue! I would guess 20 running pax would not produce any trouble for the AP and trimming. 20x75kg = 1500kg or let it be around 2500kg moving back and for is not a big deal, is it?But a funny picture nonetheless!

just think about what a fun that would be doing such a pillow fight session onboard of a A380... well, getting the economy class pax into movement by throwing peanut bags and pillows across the cabin... just have a juice pusher standing at each end of a rowway, trying to throw pillows to the other end to another juice pusher and the pax has to try catching the flying pillows.... what a jump-and-run game that would be! megarofl

Hi,I just found in another forum this link to a pillowfight onboard of a LH plane:http://www.wimp.com/pillowairplane/MEGAROFL
-
I did read it and thought about it. I knew you'r kidding. Well, my question was for real pilots and not pure PC-Pilots...
-
so, you'r telling us you already are flying the 74-8i for LH? TailNo. please!I checked LH and found that they A do not operate any 74-4 or 74-8 Cargo a/c and B I know that Boeing still has not sold any 748i to any airline.

jahman, that's a real good one!!! ROFL

So, you say Pilots not flying are enjoy IFEs sitting in the cockpit? Using their notebook and headphone connected to it? or can one of the cockpit monitors be switched to the a/c IFE?next step would be to establish a gaming LAN server on board, provising the pax to play a/c online games. And next someone finds out the username or avatar of the pilots and chatting with them... I would bomb them with technicial questions! ;-)
IFE = In Flight EntertainmentFigure it out from there... :( -
Onur, what has that to do with the topic?
-
well, flying or driving a car - for both "pilots", wether it's a car or a plane to be piloted, has it's routine while cruising. Especialy a plane got two pilots for monitoring the gauges and screens.I have to concentrate at driving on a crowded highway, but can have a chat with my "copilot". I know it is not the best comparison car versus plane. So, do pilots chat with each other? Can the pilot not flying read his magazine or newspaper?

my system is up and running very well. Did not damage it. It had only to cool down and setup my bios settings again. That was all.FSX is using multicore, see here: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/237297-10-multicore-optimization-patch

Hi,the big work is at flight prep, takeoff 'till cruise level and approach prep, approach and final approach/landing 'till at the gate. But what do Pilots do when there is not much to do then to check the instruments, work the radio and checking the weather on route for little route changes? What do they do on a flight from EDDF to KBOS or EDDF to KLAX? So many hours without anything happening?

Hi,I am wondering about upgrading my system. Today I use a AMD AM2 X2 with just 3GHz. I am asking you guys where I would get better performance for BOTH FS9.1 and FSX, when I would buy "CPU BOX AMD Phenom II X4 970 3.5GHz Sockel AM3 8MB Cache" for 180€or a"CPU BOX AMD Phenom II X6 1100T 3.3GHz Sockel AM3 9MB Total Cache" for 260€I know both are needing CPU clock speed. FSX is using more than one CPU core, FS9 is not using more than one.So, FS9 would showing better performance with 3.5GHz, FSX would use all 6 cores and would get better? Please dont tell me to change my system to intel. That's just too expensive to go for. I already have a AMD system and would only need to upgrade the CPU. My mainboard can handle AM3 with the latest BIOS update I already use.I hope for a price drop in january 2011, what do you think about that too? 80€ difference is still a big difference and paying 260€ for such a CPU... becoming mad watching the price drop within the next 6 month?

Hi,I played around with my BIOS settings. On error I changed the PCIexpress settings to 150MHz, from where it normaly is at 100MHz. After starting my PC with this setting, it beeped and I switched off power. I know this game, I know to clear the CMOS VRAM to set the BIOS back to its manufactory state. I did that. After that I pluged back the power and switched on the power button of the power source unit. I pushed the power button of the PC and NOTHING happend! Now I will check if I still have a spare power source unit and check with it if the one within my pc tower is faulty. My question here, while I check that, is if I could have broken my mainboard by setting the PCIex to 150MHz?I don't think so myself, otherwise it would not have warned me by making beeping noises, right? But could the power unite have gone bad by this? First I turned down my PC by pushing the front power button and then unplugged the power line...See within my sign what Mainboard I am talking about.Edit: Problem solved. Don't know how, but I unplugged the two main power lines from the power source unit to the mainboard and hat the mainboard totaly off power for half hour. Maybe it had to cool down from the overclocking....So,whithout replacing anything, it runs fine again.

well, sorry, they deleted the photo. So this link does not work any longer. Its from a news paper taht does not even deserve this name. A blind person can feel the text printed and as well feel the realy big pictures they use...

Hi, I love watching the docu clips of "National Geographic mayday Alarm within the Cockpit".Right now I am watching the Egypt Air 990 crash docu. What I see is a different cockpit than any B767-300 has! I see a engineers panel with gauges a B767 does not have! Why does NG produce such video documetations with wrong cockpits?
-
well, I'm thinking about what can go defective by melted snow within the cockpit. It's not this snow clearing action, but that snow can fall into the cockpit while she opens the side window. She herself gets wet closeth while clearing the snow and dripping water all over the gauges....Don't know about Air Berlin, but I guess no one will be allowed to clear snow off the cockpit windows working for Lufthansa or United ....

Hi Folks,I found this real nice topic: http://www.bild.de/BILD/news/2010/12/10/winter-chaos-schnee-deutschland/warum-kriegen-wir-es-nicht-in-den-griff.htmlWhat you see is a cabin crew member, who clears part of the outer cockpit off snow in Dresden, Germany. What may have happen first when she opend the window? Snow is falling inward the cockpit, wetting the floor and more. So, what happens if this melted snow faults any gauges or fuses or alike?I realy wonder if she was allowed to do such snow cleaning ... the airport may have been closed or a ice-cleaning truck or shower portal may be active for preparing aircrafts...Is it allowed for cabin crew to do so? What may happen to them if it's not?
