  1. After a year of trying to figure out or try getting the mcp 1 vrinsight to work i can sadly co firm it does not for the FBW 320. Im reading mixed reports about mcp 1 and it working with PMDG 737.

    Can anyone confirm if it works or not please? This is specific to the vrinsight mcp combo 1 version.

  2. First of all im a newbie to lnm.

    I am trying to remove data from my imported flight plan (.pln) from simbrief. 

    I feel there is great data but my plane on track gets a little messy. I have tried everything to remove the data and simply cannot.

    Would there be a switch in case i need the waypoint data etc? I rather just see a line for the moving map of my flight plan.

    It does not correct itself it remains unsynced at all times, ex. Will show 157 on mcp and 240 in cockpit


  4. Does anyone have these 2 pieces of equipment working? Im having lots of issues with fbw and may make the jump to pmdg. Ive owned them in the past and things worked well. 

    The best experience for cdu 2 and mcp combo was with the leveld 767. 

    Before making the plunge as money is involved for pmdg, id like to hear more about success stories. Its very limited for mcp 1 and the cdu 2 with screen.

    FSUIPC7 is best for axes but cannot call LINDA functions. LINDA is better for buttons, switches and MCP knobs. However, for MSFS I am using the MSFS control functions for my Thrustmaster A320 joystick and throttles.

    So i may have resolved something i changed usb port and the altitude works properly oddly. Sod and hdg still a non synced mess

    EDIT Found it - Edit FSUIPC7.INI to add the entry UseAirLocForProfiles=Yes under the [General] block

    So the knobs seem to get stuck when rotating rather strange, no way i can fly like this. Digits not syncing or delayed

    I may have a mismatch of a substring for my downloaded livery, i wonder if thats the problem, where do i rename it so it can match up. One of my planes works pretty well compared to new livery


  8. First off im experiencing issues with altitude knob it gets stuck does not move well in cockpit or mcp.

    Hdg waay too slow on the changes

    Spd, way too fast not synced. 

    Lastly what is the major difference of having linda as well as fsuipc, i was told fsuipc does it all, but need clarity, i cant test seeing i have above issues.

    Any help greatly appreciated

    Fair enough, so it would always follow the heading in cockpit, or is the mcp priority


  10. Hello 

     

    Was there a fix for knob rotation not being in sync, when i rotate does not match cockpit.

    For the life of me i cant remember but there was a setting that can be changed to slow down the rotation, this was done with vrinsights own serialfp.

    Do we have similiar in Linda. Generally i rotate slowly but on approach i will rotate faster and its no longer synced?

This in its self is not much use for the VRI CDU2/3 due to the inability to position the pop-up window off-screen.

    I have found a program MSFS Pop Out Panel Manager which allows multiple displays to be popped out and accuracy positioned and resized on the VRI CDU2/3. These set ups can be saved as a profile linked to each aircraft (eg. FBW A32NX and Fenix A320).

    I have tested it with my CDU3 allowing me to have the MCDU and ECAM L displays side by side.

  12. Interesting thank you, i recall we had an old tool that would allow us to resize the fmx window but i also remember window had to be docked and go full screen in order for it to display properly all keys would then work pretty flawlessly.

    Ill look into displayfusion as i would love to get this to work however i do think this wont be easy as you mentioned it will require time.

    I like your option as well but my cdu is customized for a boeing therefore already some physical keys are wrong. Otherwise i would put display somewhere else and click buttons for inputs. I dont even remember if i have airbus specific buttons.

    I used to use leveld 767 and the fmc was a perfect replica.

    I do have a tablet around hopefully that will be to my liking and do the job as i see in the web interface.

    Sadly though this expensive equipment would of been a joy i love the feel of it.

    Ill keep digging around, i was able to bring the screen to it as a window but definately not aligned properly

    1: On another note i no longer have any hvars and they are enabled and reloaded in the tracer i see 0/0. What can be the issue i beleive i should see as before 220/220

    Im good on lvars.

    2:Lastly cdu input does not change anything in cdu in cockpit. Its been enabled in Linda
