Thanks, I did use the add/remove but Active Sky nor AS2004.5 showed up to remove.do not know why, but I thought I would make anew folder and download that to the D. drive and then send to FS9 (E.) drive, and let the new download (with Norton antivirus off) overwrite the defective AS2004.5 is this a good plan?? if so , how do I get a new download going?? do I have to enter the creid card info and go to checkout or is there a step I am missing?? Thanks

Jim, thanks for the suggestion, but how do I uninstall??there is no uninstall program that I can see, just install........please be specific as I am not totally familiar with this process, thanks

I just bought the AS yesterday but when I try to use the engine icon to open the program, I get a runtime error 372, then it says "Failed to load control 'ChilkatZip" from CchilkatZip.dll. Your version of ChilkatZip.dll may be outdated. Make sure you are using the version of the control that was provided with your application."............this doen't make any sense to me, but am not a computer whizz so that is not unusuall. Can you tell me how to update the ChilkatZip or fix this......I did a search and found this in FS 9, and also looked up on web, but no info so far.........Funny, I have another Windows on another drive (just for stuff other than FS) and there , when I click on the engine icon, the Main Interface panel comes up, but that is no good as FS is in a separate Windows...............Suggestions???? I have a question that maybe someone has an answer.......when we start a flight, runsay or from park, the plane is already running....is there a setting that starts with the plane cold and dark?? Is there a change in cfg files that will force all aircraft to be off when we take over?? Comments will be appreciated Thanks

I read in one of the forums about a program called fd nav or similar which is a good way to fly IFR and ILS........can someone tell me what the correct name is and where do I go to get it?? Also any suggestions pro or con would be greatly appreciated Thanks RLeon6553@yahoo.com

I have the F1 172 and put the upgrade on as it seemed to have an extreme reaction to trim on take off .....this seems to be fixed somewhat in the upgrade but had similar experience on autopilot where suddenly the plane went into climb and stall.....never flow the real thing but hope this is not what happens at real 5000ft.......if anyone has similar probllems, let me know what the fix is

I must have done something to the addon folder as I now get a Scenery.cfg error in local scenery directory (Addon ScenerySCENERY) Scenery Area .038 not found........now nothing in this file works in FS9, is there a corrction I can make to resore my scenery addons?? Thanks for the help

I have several of their planes and like them all, the last payware I bought was the V33(?) I think this right, but could never get the download link.....made several mails to them but still have not recv'd that is 3-4 weeks ago, I fly the Bonanza a lot and would recommend but read their instructions carefully as you download Hope this helps
