Hello Good day to your all, Every time when there is an update I must reinstall the update by login to my FS2Crew account, and select "COMPLETED ORDERS" and re-download and re-install the full FS2Crew Aerosoft Airbus package again. But every time when I use the update there is a message: You can download this file for (in my case 2 times) before it expires. That means that after 2 other downloads I must buy a new Fs2Crew and that’s, I think, not fair. Because updates from other programmes are without any expires. Is there an explanation?

In the past there were a severeal shift keys to go quick from i.e. the CDU to a different view. Now there are only the keys Shift 6 till 8 availabel. The keys Shift 1 till 5 doesn't work anymore. How can I repair this. Thank you in advance. Henk Scheffer

How can I slow down the aircraft in approach. I have tried a lot of settings. My FMS tells me that the final must be 160 knots but in real it is 190 knots and that’s too fast. I used my speed brake, bring the speed manually down, have my flaps at 20 etc. But…… always too fast. Sometimes I follow only the FMC but nothing.What am I doing wrong? Hello, When I'm on Approach my speed is always to high. It isn't possible to bring the speed manually down to (i.e) 170 knots. I use my speedbrake. I changed the FMC, I'm out VNAV.Etc. Do I have to set the A/T on or off. What is the best thing I can do to bring the speed down. What I'm doing wrong In other PMDG planes there were no problems to change the speed manually.. Good night ( in the netherlands)I have shortly the PMDG Jetstream 4100 with some problems / questionsWhen I open the Ramp Manager and if I try to show or hide f.e. the Groud Power Unit or the flight crew, nothing happend. WIth my mouse (LEFT OR RIGHT) there is nothing what I can click to useThe Power Levers (left pair aren't Green and the Condition Lvers aren't blueThe RMU is not in use, there is nothing on the screen and I try every button.I have two other planes from PMDG: the 747-400 and the 767-300. Good Morning,I have the newest FS2Crew for the 747-400.After I had the push back, the start crew clear me to start all 4 engines.Auto start is on, Ignition is off.With my Main Button I ask the FO to start engines 3 and 4. What I see is that the FO starts 1 and 2 and not 3 and 4.If I ask the FO with the main button to start engine 1 and 2 he disconnect 1 and 2.Engine 3 and 4 are still offThe only solution is to start all engines by CTRL + E.What can I do Thanks in advance.Henk Scheffer

Good afternoon, (in the Netherlands)I've installed FSCrew for PMDG 747-400 and, of course, Start center April 2009.I put the data into the start center. For example, My Name, Dep. Arpt, Arr. Appt. and so on to use it for all the paperwork during the pre-flight.I save tha data, but what ever I do. I didn't see the data on the paperwork such as the load sheet, the PDC and so on. I have FSX (2006) SDX and SP 2 and PGDM 747-400 running on my desktop. :( Sometimes, my system goes down without any warning and not always on the seem momens.When the system start up again Ihave the message: The system is recoverd from a serious fault (free translation ftrom dutch into english).,Some people said: the problem is the SP 2.
