I have this problem too. I think it is caused somehow by the MD-11.Reloading a saved a flight which is allready loaded (hope you know what I mean CTRL + ?) leads very often to a completly screwed up MD-11 panel and sometimes an FS crash. This crash doesn't have an impact on the MD-11 but, and this is the described problem, leads to the getting stuck and crash upon loading the 737. After the MD-11 problem only reinstalling the 737, and with this the 747 and MD-11, cures this problem. And to confirm, it is the 737 initiliasation and the AIRAC loading wich does get stuck and then causes the FS9 to crash.
  2. okay, thank you. that's what i thougt, too.but now i read in another forum, that the 9600GT has big problems to get the antialiasing working in FS9. even the latest 174.74 driver and nHancer don't seem to help.can somebody confirm this?
  3. Hey everybody!Right now I am thinking about building a complete new system for me.I know that every MSFS is a program which is usually limited by the cpu. But an overclocked intel E8200 or an E8400 should have enough power for the FS9.Now I wonder if an GeForce 9600GT will be a bottleneck for my new system. Because I want the FS2004 at all sliders right and I will use a lot of add-on's like the pmdg 747, the German Airports series including the new Mega Airports, Active Sky and IVAO.Is the 9600GT strong enough to handle this type of FS9-setup?What do you think? Thanks to everybody posting!
