    All I can say after all the years of watching the back and forth. I believe LM nailed it! Just had a flight from PHNL to KJFK PMDG 777, frames were great no OOMs. I've been flying for years watching the whole mess. Since 2004 never getting involved with the back and forth.     First off you will need to download SetFSB 2.2.134.98 software, look for a free copy. I have it and bought a Corsair H50 to cool cpu. If I can install the cooling you can, you will have to unscrew the mother board to install cooling bracket. Here is a video off YouTube that shows the setup. The clock Generator for my i7 is CV183APAG might be the same for yours. FSB set at 107 which gives you 3288.9MHz anything set above 110 blue screen. Anyway watch video. Boweavle
