  1. The exact same thing happens to me at Acceleration Height: screen goes black and FSX sound continues for about 10 seconds before FSX crashes completely. Tried the uiautomationcore.dl. removal as suggested above but to no avail. Hopefully, a fix from PMDG will be forthcoming. 3. Perhaps someone has also experienced this perplexing issue? In both VC and 2D mode my screen goes black at acceleration height. I am able to continue hearing all sounds. 10-15 seconds later FSX crashes. Any ideas? Kind regards, Dave JarrettATPFalcon Aviation Services
  4. I'm super frustrated! Both my PMDG 747-400 (Pax and Freighter) and my PMDG MD-11 (Pax and Freighter) exhibit uncommanded roll excursions after 4-5 hours of enroute flying. The excursions begin with slow 10-15 degrees of roll to the left and right, and progressively increase in both angle and frequency. Switching to Heading Hold has no effect on the excursions. Recycling the Autopilot also has no effect on the excursions.Has anyone ever experienced this problem? I'm at a loss. My Level-D 767 and Wilco Airbus Series 1 and 2 never have problems -- even on the longest flights. Please HELP!Dave J.ATPL(H)
  5. Thanks, Kevin. Before I posted my issue on the Forum I did run the FS_Registry_Repair.exe file. No luck! The photo I posted was taken after I ran that file. You can see it occured on a flight between KJFK and KPHL.I recently installed several A2A Simulations products. I wonder if there's something in A2A's Accu-Sim code that's affecting my straight-and-level capability when coupled in LNAV via PMDG's a/c?Cheers.Dave J.
  6. Gentlemen:I've been a satisfied customer of PMDG since 2005. Recently I'm experiencing "uncommanded roll excursions in LNAV" for both my 747-400 FSX and MD-11 FSX. These excursions occur in LNAV along a programmed route of flight. Angle of bank reaches 22-25 degrees during a left or right roll. I've tried everything I can think of to remedy the problem. I'm flying LDS 767, Wilco Airbus (all types) and 737PIC with no similar problems. Any ideas out there?Regards,Dave Jarrebh412captainMy last name was cut off for some reason. It's JARRETTThanks.DJ
  7. Cheers. I suspected that might be the problem and DID set up a gmail account for my correspondence with PMDG. I got an automated response from them but that was several days ago.I recall they boasted on 48 hours being a "worst case scenario" for responding to customer issues. Perhaps the bar has been lowered now?Captain Dave JarrettGHC
  8. Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, the password I use for logging into the sale system isn't working. Do you think PMDG will ever respond? I've sent them numerous e-mails and used the online mode of contacting them. VERY frustrating as I also purchased the MD-11 printed manuals -- quite an investment! I can't do anything until PMDG replies, resets my password, or something. They used to be more responsive (2006) but now... nothing.Cheers, mate.D.
  9. I've tried for the past 5 days to contact PMDG regarding a question I have. Perhaps one of you can help me?During my installation of the PMDG_MD11_FSX_COMBO_Setup.exe file I get the following screen prompt for info:Your e-mail address: xxxxxxx@xxx-xxxxx.netYour order number: xxxxxxxxYour password: xxxxxxMy question is this: What password is required? The password I use to log into My Account on PMDG's website? Any help will be appreciated. I'm dead in the water with no response from PMDG.Regards and thanks,Captain D.M. JarrettGHC
