  1. I'm having the same problem with P3D V4. Even after the update to 4.1. And, looking at the eventviewer, it is a Kernelbase error. Is this "KB4038788" a file that I can search for and delete?
  2. OK, Adam, so I think I may have found a fix for the problem we've been having. I tried a fix that was recommended by the P3D support team on their forums for someone who was having similar issues as us. If you change the name of the P3D folders in these locations and restart the sim, it should fix it: %APPDATA%\Lockheed Martin %LOCALAPPDATA%\Lockheed Martin %PROGRAMDATA%\Lockheed Martin Now, you will have to redo all of your settings and add your sceneries again, but so far, it seems to have worked for me. Here is the link to the original post: http://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=6314&t=125628&p=162023&hilit=prepar3dv4+error#p162023 Hopefully, this works for you as well.
  3. The version that is faulting is P3D V4, but I do still have V3 installed on my computer. Although, I haven't started v3 for a few months.
  4. This just happened about 5 minutes ago: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 4.0.28.21686, time stamp: 0x594a7255 Faulting module name: menus.dll, version: 4.0.28.21686, time stamp: 0x594a71cc Exception code: 0xc000041d Fault offset: 0x0000000000005100 Faulting process id: 0x8cc Faulting application start time: 0x01d2f53db08ac31f Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4\menus.dll Report Id: 7bcb2614-ab4d-4528-b7cf-8aee71f2b841 Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: BTW, this is now happening with all of my PMDG aircraft (747, 777LR).
  5. I'm having the same issue with P3D V4. All of my PMDG aircraft are activated correctly, but when I load the 777-300ER (any livery), it loads the sim just fine, but when the "Initiallizing All Systems" message gets to about 15, the sim just closes. I assure you, I'm not closing my sim. I get no error message, and when I check "View all problem reports" I get nothing either. I'm going to uninstall and try a fresh re-install. - Chris Jepsen
  6. This is absolutely stunning, John. Would you be willing to do this on the -900? Thank you. -Chris Jepsen
  7. Hello. May I make a suggestions for the Evergreen Group BBJ: https://img.planespotters.net/photo/372000/original/n888yf-evergreen-international-sa-boeing-737-7bcbbj_PlanespottersNet_372685.jpg Thank you. -Chris Jepsen
  8. Hey, Weston. I'm a huge fan of your liveries, especially the SWA ones. I was wondering if you could do me a favor. You have 3 SWA packs (Arizona 1, Heart Livery and Live in the Vinyard). For some reason, my PMDG Ops Center won't recognize .ptp files with multiple liveries within the same file. Not sure what the issue is, but it won't let me install any of them. Could you upload them separately, please? I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
  9. I've had to re-install my P3D. Does anyone know where to find the download? It doesn't seem to be anywhere.
  10. I didn't use the migration tool to install the PMDG aircraft either. But, I did have the migration tool installed on my computer to move some of my FSX sceneries over to P3D. Paul said that the tool messes with the Windows registry and can cause problems with their aircraft.
  11. I've been having this same problem with V3 and both the 777 and NGX. After submitting a ticket, the response I got was that there seems to be an issue between PMDG aircraft and the migration tool that alot of us use. If you've used that tool before, that's probably causing the issue, according to Ryan and Paul from PMDG. -Chris Jepsen
  12. No worries, John. Just thought I'd ask. That Alaska jet is looking amazing. Keep it up, and thank you for all of these liveries.
  13. John, thanks again, for the United birds. I have a question/request for you. You know how United has a heritage -900 in the old Continental livery, would you be willing to do a -900 in the Continental "Meatball" livery? If not, don't worry. I will be enjoying the United liveries for a long time.
  14. Simply gorgeous, John. Thank you, so much, for your efforts on these United birds.
  15. This is amazing, John. Thank you, very much. You wouldn't happen to have a UAL 737-700 in mind for your next project, would you?
