  1. When using automatic, I get the program to start, but it does show stock airport, and not my addon airport. This problem started with the new version 11.0.1. Before that I was on version 10 so I cannot really say if it happened in v 11 also. I'm probably one of the few still using P3D as well as MSFS.
  2. Hi. In the latest version, the program freeze during startup, using about 70-80 % of my CPU. I cannot use it in P3D and must force kill the process, as it will not shut down when clicking close. Last line in log-file show: ++++++++++++++++++++++++ airports scan manual starts +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
  3. I'm also having this exact same behaviour on the LNAV light on the MCP extinguishing, even though the AC is flying in LNAV mode. I uninstalled the original basepack, then reinstalled base-pack and SP1 as recommended. I did not observe this pre SP1. BTW, have not actually tried the -800 after installing expansion, so I don't know if this is related to the -700
  4. I'm also still using the first RTM version wich has no hotfixes applied. I guess the reason is that it has worked for me without problems, and I have flown many hours already. I have experiences freeze only one time without known cause. Else I have had freeze in about 10 sec when shutting down ASE. I alse am a little bugged by the radio altimeter accumulating unrealisticly high altitudes, but perhaps that's one of the issues that the fixes is about. I guess in time I will install the SP, but like some else here have notet I'm afraid patches will introduce problems which I don't have now. All my credits go to PMDG for making this realistic and enjoyable product. It have made me convert to FSX and pick up flightsimming again. Have been simming since the mid-eighties, but had little time the last years and stayed with FS9 too long, mostly because of the old NG.
  5. I must also post here for the first time just to express my big thank you to PMDG for the latest NGX product. It's amazing how you have managed to make such a complete, realistic and enjoyable simulation of the 737 (my favourite btw). I have note had the chance to spend many hours with it yet, but in the coming fall i hope I will be able to get to know it and it's many functions in detail. I have owned the 737 FS9 versions since the time they came out, and they were groundbreaking then and have given me countless hours of enjoyment. Even tough I also own the 747 for both versions of FS, I never used FSX that much. The reason was the great old 737. In anticipation of the relase announcement made a couple of weeks ago, I started out with a clean FSX install, and made the optimizations recommended in your pinned thread for graphics, and in the NGX documentations. I have to say my PC rig is quite vintage, a Q9550 with 4GB ram, GTX260, Win764bit. I was really wondering how the NGX would run under those specs. So far, I am amazed. I don't have all sliders maxed I have to confess, but still gives me good graphics. I get absolutely fluid frame rate, in flight around 25 fps, at ground/final approach commercial airport scenery around 17-18 FPS. In outside view, it's locked at 30 and never drops. I could not ask for more for my old system. So again, thank you PMDG for staying in production of all these great first class products and delivering them at at reasonable price. Good luck on your furter developments. V. Haaland,Norway
