  1. Hey Guys, I recently bought a new HP computer. It works pretty well with FSX, however, I have one problem. When I use the mouse to look around, it only lets me move once. If I hold down the space bar, I can only make one movement before it stops moving and I would have to release the space bar. Pressing it again to move once more is especially annoying because my views are obviously constantly changing during phases of flight. On my old computer, I was able to move all around while holding the space bar with no problems, but it now seems to have a problem. I don't know if it's a problem with the HP mousepad, or FSX itself. But it's a very annoying problem I hope to be able to get fixed. Thanks!
  2. I fixed my problem. BitDefender 2012 screwed up my computer.. uninstalled that and I'm good to go again :)
  3. actually tried that last night. Goes to 800,000 to 900,000 which is still too high on average.
  4. I'm not getting OOM errors, the sim runs past 1,500,000 K and eventually locks up windows. It also says on that thread it occurs for 32 bit systems, but I'm on 64 bit Windows 7.
  5. Ran into a problem recently, and even a windows reinstall couldn't fix this problem. My problem is that FS9 is having a memory leak. Usually for my system, the memory is around 400,000 to 500,000 K. However, the program now goes up to 1,000,000+ K, and goes up at a rapid rate until it freezes my computer completely. I don't think it's anything to do with scenery/add-ons, because i've flown out of many different airports with different sceneries/airplanes, and nothing is different.Any help would be appreciated
  6. Feartheyankees posted a topic in VA World!
Haven't seen one recently except for a couple of freewebs sites... if anyone knows of a good run Jetblue VA, i would join it.
  7. Well i have another problem...Approaching Chicago on ILS, the Wilco A320 altitude hold didn't disengage when it was supposed to... so I had to fly it manual the rest of the way.. still landed pretty good but still i'd rather have had the ILS... This wasn't the first time it has happened and I don't know why it never disengages.. can anyone help?
  8. Thanks I found out how to get rid of it with that manual.
  9. flying the Wilco A320, I had F-plan discontinuity error. I've figured out that I needed to put it in a departure route (forgot the name for it). But flying midflight, I also had gotten the F-plan discontinuity in between the VORs (I flew VOR to VOR navigation). I was clueless now of what to do to get rid of the discontinuity and get back on course. How could I fix the problem?(Couldn't find the Wilco A320 section so I posted here)
  10. That helped and its working now. I kept that down because i thought my FPS would go down.
  11. I actually did that, and the taxiways weren't still there. Could you try to look for the fix i'd appreciate it.
  12. No new afcads or anything added. None of my airports have taxiway lines.
  13. I only tried it at KPHL.I'll see if there's lines at Orlando, where i'm flying into.
  14. Yesterday, I reinstalled FS9 because I was missing the yellow taxiway lines. It was fine for a day, but when I was taxiing today, I noticed the taxiway lines were missing yet again! I didn't make any changes to the FS9 scenery, but the taxiway lines keep disappearing. Does anyone know how to fix this?
