  1. I still don't know what the illness was, but the cure is an FS9 re-install. Have done so and all is well now. Thanks for the proffered help.
  2. Thanks Bill. But in doing the testing to respond to your questions I have discovered that the problem is not just limited to MAAM add-ons. ALL of my add-ons have the same issue. It must be an FS9 problem. I only get a very faint red and green glow near where the lights should be. With some I even get a beacon flash reflrcting off of the fuselage but the beacon light itself is not lit. No strobes at all. Taxi, landing and cockpit lights function as normal. I'll have to investigate further. Any ideas will be appreciated, as I hate to think about an FS9 reinstall if I have somehow inadvertently overwritten a file or .cfg line.
  3. I have R4D/DC-3 installed in FS9. My PC is 2.4 Gig dual core running Windows XP. Video card is GeForce 7800 GTX. I have no wing/tail nav lights or rotaing beacons. Cabin and landing lights work fine. Battery, generators, invertors and light switches are all ON. Harware rendered -lights set full right. I have tried resetting switches by going to Reading startup flight with no joy. If the solution is somewhere in the manual or on forum already and I have missed it I apologize.
  4. I vote for a modern radios and IFR panel option on the DC-3 as well -- similar to those panels found on restored airshow DC-3/C-47s.
  5. I am not a painter and don't know if a paint kit exists for the FeelThere ERJ v.2. But I am looking for someone who can and would be willing to do a repaint of the reasonably simple ERJ-135LR Intel Shuttle Livery (for the FS9 version of the FeelThere ERJ-135LR v2). Please see link below. http://www.airliners.net/photo/1238892/M/These ERJ-135's are operated on behalf of Intel by ADI Shuttle (Aerodynamics). The shuttles operate daily between KHIO, KSJC, KMHR, and KIWA.Thanks,TurboDriver
  6. I would like to buy the J41 but am unsure if my older system can run it adequately. Adequately defined as a sufficient frame rate to actually be able to fly the aircraft without frustration. While I seem to be in the ballpark of PMDG's recommendations (except for graphics card), I am interested in what results others have had. So, if anyone has a similar system to mine and is running the J41, I would be interested in knowing results as well as your average framerates in dense and not so dense environments. Here are my specs:ADM 2.6 GHz Dual Core Processor, 2GB RAM, Geforce 7800GTX KO 256MB Card, WinXP SP2Thanks.
