Bobbing up and down during VNAV DESCENT
Sorry to post this as a replay but this issue is similar to mine..only oin the opposite direction. I get the same issue with the bobbing, however I get it on my CLB to CRZ Alt. Every flight I have done I have had to re-adjust my CRZ ALT to a lower one becuase I could never reach my planned ALT. I have tried Derated T/Os with no luck and I dont know where to get Descent winds from to input.

MD-11 Flex Calculations
Good day all! Before I get to topic title, let me first explain what I have gooing on. I have followed and completed the Tutorial by the numbers and successfully completed the flight several times. When I venture outside of the Tutorial flight and try to use the same procedures except with a different flightplan, still following the steps though, I seem to run into problems. First off, my EGT Temp always exceeds max and I get a MAST CAUTION about the overheating; Secondly my Air Packs and whole A/C unit shutdown (which I believe causes the EGT temp spike); and lastly and more concerning is that I am unable to maintain a constant climb rate up to my CRZ ALT. The Rate of Climb "bounces" up and down but never passes 500'/min. It takes forever to reach CRZ ALT, and most of the time when I do I have to start an immediate and much steep descent/dive to get on VNAV path. I have no idea why this is happen, only to think that it could be a FLEX setting issue. I have not set the FLEX on many of the flights bc I dont know exactly what setting to put in there. However I have entered the same FLEX setting as in the tutorial and encountered the same issue. So my question is two-fold; First, what is causing the plane to not stay on VNAV profile and have such problems maintaining speed and Rate of climb; Secondly, where can I go to get a good FLEX calculation? BTW the FMC initialization is done step by step with the Tutorial, only replacing the To/From airport info with the one I am flying at that moment. Thank you in advance for any help!

Panel not working after install
After I install the package and start MSFS. I select the PMDG 737 without winglets, select an airport and start the flight, when the Aircraft loads the panel is completely off and I am unable to click any buttons on the display. This also goes for the overhead panels and center console. Since I am new to the PMDG aircraft I am wondering if I have missed a step somewhere or if I am just completely bone headed. I have search online forums and have found nothing useful.Any help would be great. Thanks! My graphis card is a GeForce 9600GT and my FSUIPC version is 4.70b

Ramp Manager JS4100
I did a completed re-install of both service packs and then ran the install for the JS41...BINGO! That solved the issue. Thanks to all for your input!

Ramp Manager JS4100
Thanks for the guidance! I have installed FSX SP1 and SP2. I had Acceleration, however it caused many of my other planes to crash. I got all the functions of the plane to work now..but it is really bogging down FSX (real slow to load and sluggish with the looking around)! Thanks Again!

Ramp Manager JS4100
I have installed the J41 for FSX and am going through the tutorial, but when I press SHIFT-2 for ramp manager..nothing shows up. I have also tried using the VIEW Button from the toolbar with the same result..nothing. I am also running into the same probelm with the speed card..I click on it to bring it up and all I get is a black box with nothing displayed. Then I also can not put it away.Any thoughts? Thank You!!OBIE
