I like the look of this, and I had a bit of a soft spot for the old Flying Club version - this one looks much improved. With one purchase covering FSX and P3D v4, it'll save me re-buying my A2A C172 for P3D v4.

Given that user's total number of posts, and the high percentage of which are not just critical, but downright insulting about iFly, the terms "grudge" and "sock puppet" have crossed my mind...

All of these just mean that the PMDG version is better, which nobody was disagreeing with anyway. Poorer than PMDG in some areas still doesn't justify the kind of hyperbolic nonsense you've been coming out with.

The Zibo is for X-Plane. Is it available now for FSX/P3Dv4?

Update: Pity it's X-Plane only, because in all fairness, it looks very impressive. From what I can see on YouTube anyway.

@crippy1 For the full course and the VATSIM rating at the end of it you'd need to be a member as it's the VA which is the VATSIM authorised training organisation as opposed to me personally. However, I'm always more than happy to help out and fly the odd ad-hoc session with anyone who wants to try it out/refresh their skills etc -- just drop me a message.

I'll PM you a link to our training brochure as I wouldn't want to be seen to be over-advertising the organisation by posting it publicly, though I am naturally extremely proud of the team and what we offer!

Good article. I have my trim set to my second joystick, a Saitek AV8-R. I map the hat switch on the base to the trim up/down function, and I use it a lot.

Skelsey am I right in thinking that you act as a virtual CFI?
