hi...have a strange image problem while flying thru heavy weather (snow) ........hard to explain...... attached you´ll see a picture .... the snow does not go over the complete screen - seems like a bell :( (problem only appears in fullscreen mode)......is it a resolution problem ?? .... am flying with 3 x 26 inch monitors on a triplehead2go with a resolution of 5040x1050x32,,,,,any ideas ???thanks ... rick

attn ryan .....am suffering of the same "tearing" problem .......... any ideas ????cheers .. ricps the inspector "Antialiasing - Mode Selector: AA_MODE_SELECTOR_ENHANCE" set to OVERWRITE worked ..... but now see frames droping from solid 30 to 20.......rick

ok thanks -- did that and now facing no AA in fullscreen mode ..... window mode works ok .... what can be done about that ??rick

hi all ... am experiencing a strange issue with this setup .....the nvidia inspector setup looks very good in fsx window mode ...........but does not effect fsx fullscreen mode ..... ???does anyone have the same problem ????how can this be fixed ???thanks for help ....rick

hi and hello ....i am using a gtx 480 with the 258.96 driver -- and the AA looks horrible in FSX (or does not work at all :( ) ...... so i want to use Nvidia Inspector ......does anyone know the exact setup for FSX inside The inspector ??I want to use at least 16x AA .....Any help appreciated .....thankx ... rick

hi all .....am changing from ati 5870 to sli gtx480 due to many many reasons ...... thats why .......could someone please advise what is the best working driver for the gtx480 with FSX............. i heard that version 197.45 is better than the newest 200 version due to a bug that does not support dx9 games the right way .....and also....... is there a guide how to setup nhancer version 2.59 (NickN Setup ???????)thanx in advance ... rick

hi ....one gtx 480 does not support 3 monitors ..... only 2 ..... thats why i checked with nvidis and they said a sli config would work ..... but then again - fsx does not support sli ..... i know that - but the gtx 480 is a bit different then a gtx 285 .... i thought .....#ric

hi and good evening ......am having a question conc a fsx / gtx 480 / i7-980 configuration ......am currently using the ati 5870 with an i7-980xe @ 4,0ghz ..... but i am not happy with the results i am getting (fps/microstuttering etc.... tried a lot of tweaks - outcome: soso) so i think about getting me two gtx 480 (in NVIDIA SLI Konfiguration) ...... i am not shure but shouldnt this be fsx heaven (oh i forgot - i am using 3 monitors in eyevinity config at the moment at a resolution of 5870x1200 with my 3 28 inch monitors ........ i know that many people over here at this forum prefer nvidia anyways ... but what about this sli-solution ..... just to have enough power to have 3 monitors running fine and having fsx running at an average of 30 to 60 frames .... without microstutters and all this other stuff we dont need ......(tweaks included) ......would this be the right step ?????my current installation:fsx,gex,utx,fs global 2010, aerosoft eddf, fsdt kjfk and a few other addons ........any ideas ??? please advise ......cheers ... ric
