Dear PMDG,I've made two attempts during the last 24 hours to purchase the 737-NGX Captain's Flight Manual Set. On each occasion, after entering my card details and attempting to place my order, I'm confronted with the following message: 'Error 2: This transaction has been declined'. I know of no reason why the transaction should be declined, so I'd be grateful if you could shed some light on this for me.ThanksAdrian Osborne.
