Engine Inlet Probe-Walk Around Video by AoA
This is just an observation on the Walk Around Video Made by the AoA Team, Very imperssive, but as a Captain on the B737NG for last 13yrs, the Engine Inlet Probe Caught my eyes.During my walk around of the Real Airplane, I have noticed that Both the Eng Inlet Probe are on the Left-Top-Corner of the Engine, be it Number 1 or 2 Engine, as either engine can be swapped either side ,this is as told to me by our engineering team at the Airline.Over all , I wish to thank the PMDG Team to bring the 737 soo close to the real Machine Capt.Ganesh Tiwari

B737NGX Video-- Centre Tank Fuel Pump LOW Pressure Light
Hi, this is my first post on the forum. I have been an Airline Check Captain for last 3 years on the B737ng and a total time of approximate 9000hrs. on this Beauty....ok , now to the point....the new Video on the VFR Depature Night from time 1:20 to 1:30 shows that the Master caution , after the light Test is reset for Fuel Annunciation...and on the fuel panel the Center tank LOW Pressure Light are illuminated with the Center tank fuel pump switches in the Off position.Following is an extract from the Boeing FCOM Fuel Chapter:Center Tank FUEL PUMP LOW PRESSURE LightsIlluminated (amber) – fuel pump output pressure is low and FUEL PUMP switchis ON.Note: With the Center (CTR) tank FUEL PUMP switches ON, continuousillumination of one LOW PRESSURE light for 10 seconds illuminatesMASTER CAUTION and FUEL system annunciator lights.Extinguished – fuel pump output pressure is normal, or FUEL PUMP switch isOFF .Long story short......with the center tank fuel pump switches in the OFF position ....Center tank fuel pump LOW Pressure Light Should NOT be illuminated.Hope my little observation helps bringing the the New NGX closer to what we all are expecting...REAL.Even with all the nit-picking , am a BIG FAN of the PMDG 737 from day 1 since its launch.Thanks.Rgds.,Ganesh
