  1. Any news on the 737-900ER option? I do understand PMDG are busy developing new sophisticated simulations, but while I did purchase the 777, I still prefer the 737NG. It's just the perfect aircraft for my flying, just the right balance between automation and manual switch-flippin'. The 900ER is getting quite a regular sight in the US skies, but the 900 can't quite make the missions the ER can.
  2. I'd like to save the space on my SSD for programs that actually benefit from the higher speed. I don't see why the OC needs those resources, as opposed to programs like Photoshop, Lightroom etc.
  3. Hi all, I was re-installing my Windows as well as my Sim, and after I finished, I noticed that the PMDG Operations Center had installed itself onto my Solid-State-Drive (SSD). Now, my SSD is where my Windows is installed, too - I guess that's why PMDG moved the OC there. But space on most SSDs is limited, and I don't really see why the OC would need to be on the same drive as Windows. So, if anyone cares to enlighten me...is there a way I can change the OC path?
  4. Hi all, I'm looking for schedules (possibly scanned ones) from airlines like BA, LTU, TWA, Eastern, Pan Am, or even PSA, to find information on flight numbers and times. I would love to take the L-1011 I bought for my Flight Sim on a realistic flight, but basic info on what flight# departed what airport, and where to, and a departure time will be enough for me. Also, since only the L-1011-385-1 (Tristar 1, the very first version) is simulated, it would be nice to have schedules from older dates (before the 1's were modified to, or replaced by updated Tristar versions) So, if anyone could help me out on this, I do appreciate it!
  5. A problem with the 727 might be its large number of variants and modifications...DF did a pretty complete package. I'd be happy with a -200 or rather -200Adv already
  6. It's rather unlikely, but I'm hoping for a PMDG 727 to be honest. We had the wonderful Dreamfleet 727 for FS2004, but I'm sure most of us prefer FSX nowadays. Which is why it would be lovely to have a nice classic Boeing airliner for FSX that also offers somewhat realistic systems, and that won't start up if you do something wrong. This should rule out the CS 727 afaik
  7. Hi, I'm thinking about purchasing this awesome plane, too. I would just like to know how many times one license can be activated? I basically live in two towns atm, and I would like to fly this one both in my hometown and my current city on my notebook. And taking my fixed computer with me every time is not an option
  8. Any news on OpusFS9?
  9. Hi guys, those of us who always try to enhance the realism of our flights will know that before every takeoff, the pilots will calculate a reduction of engine thrust to lower stress on the engines and reduce both fuel burn and noise. This calculation involves factors like runway length, wind, pressure, runway condition, slope and airplane weights, of course. Now, there is one excellent tool for this - TOPCAT. But, it does only include the 737-700 and -800 variants - needless to say they are simply the most common ones. However, there are also some very interesting 737-900 flights that I would like to simulate as realistic as possible. Long story short: Where can I find sufficient performance data on Assumed Temperature and Derated thrust on the 737-900?
  10. Any news on this? I´ve found Verdana looks quite similiar as well, but just not as exactly as most people would like to have, I suppose...
