Hi everyone - hope you are flying 'straight and level - especially when that is the intention you are wanting to have!! Listen guys - just a silly puzzle - just bought a refurbed HP pc and am now on Win 7 i.s.o. XP. Sooo... just had to put FS2004 onto my pc - all o.k. except for the flipping jotstcik - plugged it in to the back of the pc as normal - and in fs2004 I enabled it - but the Cessna 152 just keeps going full right rudder no matter what!! Please help - I have gone blank - am missing something obvious - checked settings/sensitivities etc. but cannot 'see' anything surely Win 7 has nothing to do with my 'inside' settings on fs2004?? Please take the time to give me a shout - this is actually preventing me from doing any flying at all! many thanks mike

Hi there all - just a rather mundane question which I have no doubt you all have seen before - but I genuinely need a few words of 'kind' advice. very briefly - I have a +- 10 year old AMD Athlon3200+ - and i think it's knackered - purely becuase my fs2004 lags or is consistently jerking and the screen and mouse 'lag' too. So here's the question for you experienced 'simmers' - if I want to be able to use fs2004 with lot's of addons and say - an airport addon of say 25Mb - and wind the settings up a bit - what do you guys think the minimum I should be looking at - Dual Core - 4Gb Ram and a Nvidia GTX 650??? Something like that?? I am severly limited financially but I really need to get some help from this community!! Does the above look o.k. to operate fs2004 really well - enough? I would appreciate a few ideas. many thanks. Miragef1

Hi everyone, Thanks Chase for the help! I have looked for this topic but cannot seem to find results - maybe I have bad eyesight - here in Ireland we have an advert on T.V. 'Should have gone to Specsavers!' On a serious note - I have finally started to use the FMC on my PMDG B737 - 800, everything seems to be hunkydory after the tut for going EDDH/EDDM - but I wanted to get clever and file a plan from Hthrow to Dublin - but it said that it did not recognise (the airports CAO's! I know this is probably very basic for most of you guys - but it is just one of those tiny brainteasers you have to encounter, when trying something new out. Hi folks, I have re-installed my Fs2004 a few times - (I had to!) - and somehow I have lost the Radio Ident signals, e.g Markers,Nav1, Nav2 idents.Has anybody had this silly glitch ever? Please help!
