Many thanks Kevinh for your reply to my enquiry last Sunday. I am a confused 85 yr old simmer and my real problem is this. The PC which had the PMDG 737 NGX has gone to the "Scrapyard in the Sky" taking the 737 with it. My Registration Key appears to have expired and I am wanting to install the same software onto my new computer. I understand that this is possible although my version was a Boxed version as a gift in December 2013. Can you please suggest how I should proceed ?? (:

I am trying to reinstall the PMDG 737 NGX following a Reset of Windows 10. The registration key is said to be incorrect. After several attempts I need help please. I am using FSX Steam Edition and loading the program from a CD purchased a few years ago. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Following a total failure of my computer I have started again including a new computer and server for emails/downloads etc. I have tried to reinstall MD11 for FSX but am told that my order is out of date. How can I overcome this problem?? Thanks in advance

Message for Lester Flemming who started the subject back in September 2011 and anybody else !!I am now where you were 6 monthe ago Lester, and cannot get the EVP to work at all. I have removed and reinstalled the software but when I try to update from "Start" and then "All Programs" I get a message"Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x792803f6) about which I can get no info or response from anybody.I have also tried to remove .NET Tramework 1.1 so that I can install .NET Framework 1.1 distributable version. Also without success.All suggestions, ideas help will be truly appreciated

Hi, I wonder if anybody has experience in setting up the MD-11 (FS9 version) with A Saitek Flight Yoke System with separate Throttle Quadrant. I have got so far with the Tutorial Flight 1 but cannot get my head around the Horizontal Stabiliser setup. Think I need to allocate buttons on the Flight yoke but may be wrong. ??

Greetings to you all and a Happy New Year,I am just getting into the MD 11 and have also downloaded the UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme version of Heathrow.In the PMDG Tutorial Flight the startingpoint is gate D50 at Heathrow. With the Xtreme software the gates have all been renumbered. Does anybody know how to locate where the original D50 was/is now located? has it been renumbered or am I worrying too much ??Happichap

Good Afternoon to all Simmers,I have bought the gatwick Extreme software but am having a problem installing it.I am told to delete the previous copy which was the Extreme trial version, big blue box on the runway etc.Can somebody tell me how to achieve this please ????Regards to all,Happichap

Many thanks for your thoughts. In fact, I had a Citation tucked away in an obscur place and it was my default aircraft with the previous FS9 installation. All sorted now and thanks for your suggestions.Happichap

Having removed my installation of FS2004 and cleared the many related files from "strange" locations I have re-installed the software from new discs. When I select "run" it clicks and whirrs for a short time and then shows the following message"Aircraft Initialisation Failure Citation Paint1 Minimal_VC"Does anybody have any suggestions please?Happichap.

Hello, I am unable to help you with you problem as I have started to install the MD11 today but have a slight problem which you might have an answer for.I am using XP and have FS9 installed which I have upgraded to version 9 (as per the manual instructions) but still cannot get the new software to install. Did you have any problems and if so how did you get around them ??Regards,Happichap
